Had a brief bout of food poisoning yesterday - perhaps from the morning's nasi lemak which I had for lunch (got rancid too soon, methinks). I felt funny when I was getting off work and I puked it out before dinner and stuff went out both ends before the night was over. Bad idea to have some mango right before puking. Also had a really light dinner in the end because of that.
The good news is that it's pretty much all out now.
