Week 12, 2010 - Mild case of the damn sniffles

• Checked out the KL Twestival in the Tropicana City Mall Starbucks Thursday night. (Funny that the KL Twestival was in PJ and not KL?). Didn't stay long because I didn't have a ticket (the 100 allocated tickets were allegedly "sold out") and because I rather go home and watch The Good Wife.
  
• Decided to try Blogger in draft again after many, many months - mostly to try the Blogger Template Designer function. Tweaked the layouts of my newer blogs: Brief TV Rants and Cheapskate Anarchist. I realise they need more work, but suggestions much appreciated.
  
• Also decided to tinker with the layout of THIS blog with aforementioned Template Designer and also with the monetization options.
  
• Been looking to upgrade my messenger bag for the last few weeks online especially on eBay, but (as usual) no dice - something I like which doesn't ship to Malaysia. Much as I like Kate Spade and Jack Spade (I find myself liking "name" designers these days), but they is really, really expensive (I nearly did a spit take when I saw the price tags of the Jack Spade bags I saw in the local Kate Spade store). Yes, I'm waiting for the sales to try my luck.

• The allegedly drowsy formulation of Panadol Cold and Flu sold in Malaysia? Not so drowsy-inducing at all.
