Coco Avant Chanel

Finally checked out the GSC at Pavilion to watch Coco Avant Chanel (French for Coco Before Chanel) just because I can't be arsed to watch it on TV if that ever happens. I only went there because I had never been to the GSC there and it was the only one with the morning screening time.

As usual, the movie only started properly at noon. I went in thinking that I would be the only one watching it at that time of day - which was dashed by some random dude. So it was just the two of us watching Coco Avant Chanel. Oh well.

It's been ages since I've seen a foreign language film, if I named the last one I saw it would be embarassing. But this would be a first time that I've paid to watch one.

Can't be arsed to go through the story here, one can look it up. And no, I'm not a fan of Audrey Tautou.

I thought it was just okay - I thought it was a little draggy in some parts. Yes, I know this is sanitised and dramatised version of her life story, whatever. Speaking of fashion-related films, I've still not seen The September Issue.
