Week 41, 2010

• Rainy evenings - a good thing. Rain during the day, not so much when it comes to laundry.
• Also finally cashed out the Churp Churp earnings, which would take awhile.
• Lunch with a couple of uncles - as in the ones I'm actually related to.
• Signed up for the Digital Mall privilege card online, which I didn't know about because I've not been there for a while now and I only found out on Facebook. It was free anyway and because if I was gonna spend time and money there in the near future, I might as well get it. Whether I use them is another thing.
• Got caught up a little bit in the GoUniqlo.com site and the trail game. So far, I have accumulated six RM20 vouchers that I can't use all in one shot. I could try, but really - how much can I spend there?
• Finally had the nasi lemak at the Maybank mamak (some of you know the one) - the fried chicken had the hint of muruku, the sambal a little too cheena for my taste. And I thought calling sambal "ma-lai chan" was a little racist.
• Checked out the Oktoberfest celebration at the second home Friday night - was too late for the free (for ONECARD members) or the cheap beer (two 50-sen coins), but with the free RM5 voucher I got for flashing my ONECARD I only paid RM1 for a Pomegranate Honey Lemon Tea from the Breek's Cafe stall AND I got some free fries as well :)
• Also forgot to mention that last week, I signed up for the free Resorts World Genting Rewards card that you use at the Sentosa resort. Playing a puzzle game (for luggage tags or visors) on iPads is the closest I've ever been to an actual iPad.
