Buy Nothing Day? Didn't happen.

Today is International Buy Nothing Day because there's no Black Friday in Malaysia.

Wasn't exactly thinking of celebrating because I know it would be hard NOT TO buy anything.

Drove Mum to check out the BSN roadshow happening at e@curve this weekend. While she hung around to talk to/support her colleagues, I went about doing my own thing for a bit.

In a sad bid for some caffeine, I got a scoop of Mocha Chip ice cream from Gelare, which didn't work because I got a nasty headache after dinner and after I had a cup of Nescafe.

Bought my usual box of Nerds for only RM5 - FIVE RINGGIT, MAN! - at the promotion area outside Cold Storage. I remember when they used to cost RM11. So I bought one.

I also checked out the Etsy Malaysia's Crafty Art Market happening outside The Bee at Jaya One for a bit, a couple of hours before it ended - didn't get anything, but I was a little upset that the I_KL Moleskines were sold for RM65 there :( Damnit.

Wanted to check out the local Buy Nothing Day event happening at mapKL, but didn't really have the time nor the energy to drive to Hartamas... either way, money is being spent and that would defeat the purpose.
