I usually have no bone to pick with Pos Malaysia, but I blame them for this, as well as for some of the other stuff I never received through the post. Fuckers. Now I understand the complaints about Pos Malaysia.
And yes, I just got off the phone with their customer service - got Iqmal (Ikmal?) again, who told me that I'd be refunded for the (non) purchase. They also saw the blog post I posted on FB from their marketing team. It really is not customer service's fault, but the people who are supposed to get our shit from Point A to Point B.
I should be so lucky to see the money again.
