Week 44, 2010

Think am coming down with something. Bugger. So am taking the precaution of piling on the Vitamin C and Panadol Cold and Flu tablets (the drowsy version), which is actually making me drowsy to stop the bug in its tracks to prevent it from it becoming full-blown.

• Finally checked out the Uniqlo store in KL with a friend. Bought some stuff.
• Also checked out the Havaianas store in Pavilion. Slippers so pretty, but the prices... not so much. Cheapest are the uber plain, solid coloured ones at RM69.90. Even I have to draw the line somewhere when it comes to 3 digit slippers.
• Another job fair, this time in PWTC. However, the health fair upstairs was a tad more interesting - would've been MORE interesting if their main demographic wasn't Chinese-speaking Chinese people. Just saying.
• Finally got my book in the post, after over a month of waiting. WTF.
• Aidiladha on Wednesday.
• Trying out Rockmelt, a new browser. It's not publicly available now, only by invitation. I also have 7 invitations to give away. Let me know if you're interested.
• Buffet dinner at a neighbour's who was celebrating a rite of passage in the family. 
• Still haven't had a holiday drink from anywhere. Yay me. 
• Still no sign of the elusive new local Starbucks planner.
