Was I the only one that only just found out that Empire City finally (kinda) opened and that there's an ice rink in there? After years of U-turning to go home after IKEA, we can finally turn in to the building.
I only say kinda because there's only eateries open at the moment. Drove there over the weekend, and the parking lot is probably the coolest I've ever been in. I meant temperature-wise. Maybe the ice rink had something to do with that. But still dusty.
Anyway, they're having the ice skating related SEA Games events here and...

The place is also not really finished. There were people mopping the floors because the ceiling was leaky in places. If you need an incentive: parking is free until the end of the SEA Games (30th August).
