Who wants to see a movie about Facebook?

Much as I like Facebook and I log on several times a day, I'm still trying to understand what the people who greenlighted this project were thinking and were they high on something. Seriously - a movie about Facebook.

So they got Fight Club director David Fincher to direct and West Wing creator Aaron Sorkin to write the script for this movie. They still haven't figured out who is gonna play Mark Zuckerberg - so far it's Michael Cera and Shia TheBeef. I know they're currently the "hot" young guys in Hollywood, but still...

It's about as bad as the rumoured Twitter TV show. (They've denied it, thank goodness).

The Social Network is based on Ben Mezrich's book, The Accidental Billionaires. The title sounds like the uber geek version of The Office.

I'm not sure if I'll watch it. Then again I saw 21, which was based on another Mezrich's book (Bringing Down the House) about the card counting Asian students, so... never say never?
