Week 49, 2009

Another 4-day work week, but the weather this weekend was unbearably hot.

• Had a free body treatment on the sultan's birthday (Friday). Also finally collected my altered khakis at the Giordano outlet in 1U. Never go to a mall in the afternoon of a public holiday - it is not worth it.
  
  
• Finally got paid for the last Acca Kappa hair brush I bought last Saturday. Yay, money!
  
  
• Free mani-pedi at Kuku Bar in Bangsar and banana leaf rice lunch at Nirwana Maju Sunday.
  
  
• Found audio versions of Malcolm Gladwell's new one, What the Dog Saw and John Hodgman's books, The Areas of My Expertise and More Information Than You Require.
  
  
• Also found out another person I went to college with finally tied the knot. The things you find out on Facebook. Oh well, the good thing about not being invited is not having to shell out money for angpow.
