Week 45, 2011

Another rainy week.

• Uniqlo store opening in the second home this week. Didn't buy anything, and I was there its first afternoon.
• Actually drove down to Seremban for primary school classmate's wedding dinner. Nice to see some of the others at the table, even though conversation was a little hard going no thanks to the karaoke din.
• Went to Alexis in Bangsar for the first time for after dinner drinks. By drinks, I mean the non-alcoholic variety.
• Received another nuptial summon in the post this week, which wasn't a total surprise as the bride asked for my snail mail address beforehand. 
• Had to shop for something red that I could wear to the dinner in the previous point (with a red and cream theme). Second home was a bust (when I went back Saturday morning), but I think I found something I could wear after spending at least an hour traipsing up and down the stairs in most of the boutiques in Telawi area on Sunday. And for under RM50 as it was on sale; infinitely cheaper than some of the others I've come across.
• Three day weekend - woo hoo!
