Drove to where Kanna was last week because had thought of going there for lunch (if nothing else, you can still have roti during lunch there), but decided to try out Cafe 9 A Taste of Thai next door instead for the most part because they had under RM15 lunch sets and it was new.
Went with the beef noodle soup set (dish and either tea or orange juice). The broth was nice and the beef was pretty tender. The sibling tried the fried rice with som tam and soup. While waiting, we even got a taste of the tom yam soup. It was quiet and there were only a few people there (well fine, it was during the week), but the fried rice set took an awfully long time to wait - I was about 2/3 done with mine when it finally arrived.
