Even a 4 day work week feels pretty long. However, plenty of rain this week.
Healthwise - still on antihistamines. Guess I might have to swing by an ENT next week or the week after.
Everyone with kids (and not forgetting the young at heart) has taken to celebrate mooncake festival this weekend because tomorrow (actual day) is still a work and school day.
- Am kinda excited that Jim Gaffigan is doing his Asian tour next year. Am kinda not excited that he's got stops in Bangkok and Singapore.
- Finally finished both of Daniel Sloss's Netflix specials. Go watch them.
- Won some money on Dooit Live this week, but it might be awhile until I can cash out (RM50 minimum).
- Another year, another MACC show.
- The people behind the Ostrich Pillow came up with a stupider product than the first Ostrich Pillow - a hood. WTF BBQ.
- A former Sesame Street writer pretty thought Bert and Ernie were gay. Then Sesame Workshop says they have no sexual orientation.
- Don't get the brouhaha with regards to not embedding one's driver license details in the MyKad anymore. Not that it mattered to me since I still have the old laminated driver's license, but yeah, I would be uncomfortable giving up my IC to building security.
- White Rabbit candy flavoured lip balm? Eww.
- Cops finally clarified that using a human body instead of a car in a parking bay as a means of reservation is illegal and punishable by both fines and jail time. Sounds great in theory, but how do you enforce it? Me, I would just not go to a mall at peak hour.
- I can finally confirm that: a) Flat rate parking at Kompleks Bangunan Getah Asli is RM5 on weekends and holidays, and b) The Jaya Grocer at Intermark DOES carry Bordier butter.
- I think half the Klang Valley was at the YSL Beauty Hotel popup that happened on Saturday. I left as soon as I could.
