To be honest, it's been awhile since the last Johnny English film. I don't know why he bothered to do this movie. (Maybe he needed the money...?)
Okay, the only part I found hilarious was him disco dancing (after taking the no-doze pills instead of the knock out pills) to (of course) Darude's Sandstorm (cheaper to get the rights, kut?). That was the hardest I've laughed watching this movie.
The villain you can see a mile away, you start cringing because you know what B was gonna be because A happened. At least Olga Kurylenko is playing an actual Russian and not have to change up her accent too much.
It has its funny moments, but only if you've enjoyed Mr Bean (whom I really detest, but mostly because I find the character sad AF, even at its peak in the 90s) with more speaking lines. I thought the second movie was funnier. Or perhaps I'm getting too old for this sort of thing already....
Because this movie is only coming out in the States next month, I'm just kind of hoping there isn't a stinger that I missed because I didn't think there's gonna be one. I hope I'm not wrong.
