When this showed up on Fave, I jumped on it because there's no way I would/want to pay RM600 for it.

If the spa had a direct number, I sure as heck didn't know it because the posted number is the general line and you would have to ask them to put you through to the spa. But making an appointment was not too hard. When I got there, I had to ask one of the concierges in the lobby which floor and which set of lifts to get there. Apparently it's on Level 2B.
Made my way there, checked in and redeemed the voucher on the app. I was brought to the lounge area and had to fill out the disclosure form beforehand (preferred pressure, health issues, etc). I've done my share of hammam in the past, so I thought it was odd when I was told that I would be getting the massage first. (Methinks the hammam room was occupied at the time?)
There was a steam room component. I personally dislike steam rooms, especially how stuffy it gets in the tiny ones. There's a steam room in the hammam rooms so it's not like you have to leave the room for that, but that's just me. The hammam experience here was interesting, especially the bubble bath bit (which I'm told wasn't in the Fave package per se, she just wanted me to experience this).
In case anyone's wondering... the disposable underwear stays on the whole time.

I dunno why there's a tiny bolster... |

It's a pretty place to spend a few hours in, I have to admit, if only I didn't have to rush off afters... But I don't know if I could afford to come back :P
But it was certainly an interesting experience, nonetheless.
PS. I didn't know they have Lanvin toiletries. WTH...?!
