With work being closed for CNY this week, left me with (perhaps) too much time on my hands. So what happened?
Monday: Public holiday, so hopped on the MRT to Eslite (learnt my lesson about parking at the usual place on replacement holiday Mondays), mostly to use up the e-vouchers I got that was on the app, but also because of the 2x points multiplier birthday perk.
Tuesday: Replacement public holiday - Tropicana Gardens Mall, to finally check out the DC exhibition. It was just ehh.
Wednesday: Pavilion Bukit Jalil, to check out the (kinda) underwhelming Van Gogh Alive exhibition. And to use up some more birthday vouchers and what not. Also got my Uniqlo online order, which I'm ok with it coming in a cardboard box, but not so much when everything was in plastic?
Thursday: Midvalley/Gardens, then the Hammam in Publika to finally make good on the gift voucher I bought almost 3 years ago.
Friday: Back at the Gardens (again) cos someone at the Kanebo counter at Isetan finally called to schedule the complimentary (not free) counter service and did it that very afternoon. Was also in Pyramid for a little bit after dinner.
Saturday: KLCC, mostly to check out Boey at his last (?) author event in Kino for his current When I was a Kid book tour, book 7.
Sunday: Slower, but still occupied. Unloaded some UCO (used cooking oil) at Nude Zero Waste, dropped by second home for a bit, and swung by Jaya One before heading back.
There's news that Mustafa (the chaotic, vast, bao ka liao department store in Singapore) might be expanding into Malaysia - specifically Tampoi later in the year. NGL, it's one of my favourite places to go, even though I've only been twice. Just wait and see lor, I guess.
