Been trying to redeem the birthday voucher from Clinique, which is a free pampering facial treatment (worth RM100) for the last week or so, snag being one has to call ahead to make an appointment. I hate calling ahead to make appointments, and here's why.
Because not every counter has this service, I had 1U, KLCC, Sogo and The Mall of the Klang Valley outlets to choose from. Sogo and The Mall - NOT an option.
It's pretty hard for a working person to get an appointment without having to take the day off - it should be easier for students to get them. (But if I was studying, I wouldn't be using or buying Clinique cos I won't be able to afford them and I can't ask the 'rents for that, so...).
BUT.... I finally wheedled an open slot for the last Sunday of February, thankfully in BU. I hope I remember it.
