Collected my glasses yesterday (which were ready since Tuesday but they've had problems calling me and were relieved that I called). Vision now more hi-def. Now to change the ones on my other pair...
Other news: Maulidur Rasul today (Prophet Muhammad's birthday). Woke up to watch both Ellen and Martha, then hung around the house until 1 something and I left for The Curve to have lunch and do some sightseeing before meeting up with the former college mates at 3 pm. Instead of using the usual entrance I took the alternative route in (the one the buses use). NO JAM AT ALL. Seriously.
Being the infamous cheapskate that I am, I parked at Cineleisure as they've got the lowest per entry parking rate in the area. It didn't take me that long to get parking too because I drove straight down to the bowels of the parking lot, knowing the Malaysian mentality when it comes to finding parking space.
Decided to try Elianto's brush cleanser for the heck of it; now I hope nothing drastic happens to my brushes.
Initially it was supposed to be at Coffee Bean (I could be wrong), but we (those of us that were already there) were easily swayed by Gloria Jean's "buy one, free one" opening promotion (haha). Because of the lack of indoor seating, we were outside yakking and catching up for a few hours, even when it was raining.
