Oh So Random Bits and Pieces

Haven't posted since Tuesday because for the most part I've been too tired to think of anything awesome to blog about. So here's a list of oh-so random stuff that's been on my mind lately. Whether they make any sense or not, I don't care.

• I'm a tad annoyed that the local Dockers stores don't sell women's pants.
  
  
• My earworm of the week are various random ABBA tunes. Shoot me already. I blame Mamma Mia! for this.
  
  
• My birthday next year's on the first day of Chinese New Year (if the calendars match up). So much for me not wanting to leave home on my birthday. Hmph.
  
  
• The 2008 TV season's started - wahey! But it's also the beginning of the end of Boston Legal... *sob*
  
  
• I can't believe Raya's next week - then again, any excuse not to go to work is fine by me. I'm sure a lot of offices would be empt-ier than usual on Friday, 3rd of October because a lot of people would be taking the day off for a 5 day weekend. Yes, even yours truly has put in the leave application for next Friday. Whatever.
  
  
• There's gonna be a buka puasa gathering for Amazing Race Asia fans the day after tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Cafe Libre in Taman Danau Desa (I also no idea where that is). If you're on Facebook, check it out here and let them know if you're gonna be there or not.
  
  
• Speaking of Amazing Race Asia, I hope both the Malaysian teams go far this season (yes, I'm rooting for both teams - who knew they were so entertaining?). It doesn't hurt to see Allan Wu in tank tops when introducing the various Roadblocks so far - the more, the better, haha.
  
  
• Finished James McGee's Resurrectionist this week - a bit hard trying to finish this book over lunch as the vivid, graphic descriptions of the body snatching, blood, sex and gore in the 1800s would make me nearly lose my lunch.
