Not sure if I should applaud them for going without the styrofoam trays, because undoing the wire tie is too much trouble, it's easier to just stick the knife into the bag and squeeze the lot out.

Packaging evolution...
Went to Giant supermarket last weekend to get minced chicken for my ragu. Wasted a few minutes looking for the familiar meat-wrapped-in-cling and styrofoam tray, but didn't find any. Instead I found this.... (yes, the beef is also in this packaging)
Not sure if I should applaud them for going without the styrofoam trays, because undoing the wire tie is too much trouble, it's easier to just stick the knife into the bag and squeeze the lot out.
