I finally got round to checking out the ART FOR GRABS event in Annexe Gallery after all the other times I couldn't find the time to check it out in the past.
I didn't know who was gonna be there and I didn't really find out, so it was a surprise. But I usually like to check these things out to scour the tee shirt vendors (that I might not be aware of) for nice, funny, NOT mass produced shirts.
The whole point of the event (usually) is that every item sold would be under RM100 each. There was a lot of handmade stuff - jewelery, notebooks, etc etc. There were a few stalls selling tee shirts so it wasn't a total bust and I bought a tee shirt from blatant creations (You're welcome to take a guess which one I bought). They also had a lucky draw with every purchase of a tee shirt, and I drew a keychain and not another tee shirt :( Oh well.
Left quickly before I blew more money on stuff I don't really need.
