More Singapore day-trip planning blahdi-bla

Internet connection's crappy - been trying to watch the first episode of the new season of Top Chef Masters but it's been crapping out on me - got done with parts 1 and 2; 5's done loading but it's the bits with the Elimination Challenge that's taking for-fucking-ever.

So what the heck, let me go on and on about my impending trip this weekend. 

Haven't changed anymore money yet, but I wouldn't have to change too much because I've got quite a chunk of change (literally) between what's left of the last trip and from Mum - I've got one and a half coin purses full that I could pay for an ez-link card with it and then some, but would annoy the crap of the ticketing people... :P

I've a Word document detailing my packing list, must-eat and must-go places (same page, natch). I know I should perhaps use Evernote, but that would have to wait until I get a smartphone, which won't be for a while.
