What do you do when it's a long weekend, people have left town, and you're left to your own devices?
Drive downtown to the shopping district.
So I did, because I wanted to check out a cheap parking alternative that is Menara Keck Seng. Was I glad that the public holiday flat rate parking was only RM3, which is pretty damn cheap; even if it meant walking a little bit to get to Pavilion. Great alternative if you're going there alone and only gonna be at Pavilion.
Wasn't at Pavilion that long, because there wasn't anything that I wanted to buy. Ate and drank some, that was about it.
Getting to Levain Boulangerie and Patisserie from there was another story; so I used the sibling's new GPS and I nearly missed it because I didn't notice the CARS parked outside was for them. Sheesh.
Didn't stick around to eat, but I did buy a tiny pizza to go. Maybe because it's a public holiday but the lines were crazy slow and long because people were spending too much on pastries.
What I liked about the pizza was that the tomato sauce was fresh and tasted nice.
