Uneventful Diwali

I didn't visit anyone or did anything THAT interesting. No point going to a mall because of the traffic and the crowd, even though I was up early enough to go sooner.

But I did check out the warehouse sales happening in Atria this weekend - the Payless Books one (which I've not been for awhile) and the Zara one. Didn't really find anything at the latter sale because I hate digging in clothing bins and it was pretty damn crowded. I might go again on Sunday just to see what's left, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Bought a personal pan pizza for lunch from the nearby Pizza Hut because it's been 5 years since I had a six inch pizza. The manager misheard me and was nearly charged the price for the regular sized, but I set him straight. Washed it down with a Pepsi (in lieu of Coke) and rum.

Other than that, I spent most of the afternoon rereading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
