Glad that tomorrow (Monday) is a state holiday. What to do with that extra day is another thing because it's too late to go to Singapore for the Snow Patrol concert... oh well.
- After waiting YEARS and for the right opportunity (free lifetime maps), I finally got myself a TomTom GPS device, only because the cheapest entry level one (Via 220) is going for RM389 at ALL IT. Don't believe me? Check out the catalogues they have there. Stephen Fry voice, here I come!
- Anyone got their outlook.com email accounts yet?
- Finally got the Book Depository order that I ordered back in May this week.
- At least I got done watching the Olympics opening ceremony, and not just as the closing ceremony is upon us.
- Finished the last of the Karipop currypuffs. The mac and cheese one was not mushy.
- Went back to myBurgerLab with the sibling for dinner. Ordering a low carb burger (lettuce buns instead of bun buns) was a better idea so that I could finish the whole kit and kaboodle, but the burger I ordered (Bella Luna) got a little soggy towards the end (there was a pool of Idunnowhat inside the baggie)... Good news: they now have portabella fries for a side (RM9, I think?); Bad news: it's now RM 6 for the herb-y fries and drink :(
- Paternal grandmother's very flexible birthday was on Saturday. It hasn't been the same date for as long as anyone could remember.
- Found Audrey Niffenegger's graphic novel, The Three Incestuous Sisters, at BookXcess. Haven't read it yet, but I suspect it's not as titillating as the title suggests.
