- 6% tax on digital service subscriptions announced this week, starting next year. But I don't think people are gonna give up their Netflix and Spotify lah... at least it's not 10%?
- Caught a comedy show on Friday night.
- Avengers: Endgame is gonna be over 3 hours long. With no intermission. Good luck to everyone's bladders... or just use RunPee.
- Collegemate is back for a holiday with husband and new kid in tow, obstensibly so that the kid can meet his uncle and great grandma. So a bunch of us met up on Thursday night for dinner.
- It's just as well that they're making all the RapidKL buses go cashless next week - watching people scrounge up loose change is annoying.
- It only took Malaysia and Singapore oh, I don't know, SIXTY SOMETHING years to finally agree on a dual currency stored value transit card (combination of Singapore's ez-link and Malaysia's Touch n Go). If only they can agree on a validity because ez-link lasts 5 years while TnG lasts for 10. I don't mind getting one if it means I can check on my ez-link transactions, which I can't because apparently you need Singaporean IC number to register your card.
- From the same meeting between Tun M and PM Lee - they're working to enable MyDebit card usage in Singapore. Which I didn't know was an issue before. Also, is NETS the Singaporean equivalent?
- Elon Musk has confirmed that Tesla's logo was indeed inspired by cat noses.
- If you bought cheapest tickets on MAS, it don't include checked baggage. Which I get for business travellers who's gonna be in and out with whatever's on their back, but still.
- I dunno why Heinz thought it was a good idea to make Cadbury Creme Egg mayo, but no... just no.
- Parking structure near Atria opened up and it's free parking until the end of the month. But knowing these MBPJ parking structures, I wouldn't want to do the multiple floor walkup...
- Apparently people started camping in Atria from late Friday afternoon for Westlife tickets going on sale on Saturday morning. Who am I to judge, really?
- Gordon Ramsay and his missus just had their FIFTH child together. They must hate being empty nesters or something.
- Firefly finally started their Subang-Seletar route and are having promotions on flight tickets. I'm only reluctant cos the cheapest way out of Seletar airport is one bus that doesn't connect to Changi and there's no direct MRT connection to Changi... yet.
- HQ Trivia has (kinda) unceremoniously parted ways with its OG Quiz Daddy, Scott Rogowsky after they said "no thanks" to his offer of hosting the weekend shows as he's got a new day job recently. Bit of a dick move on their part, but this means that all the other hosts on the roster has moved a step up on the ladder. So now Matt Richards is the new permanent host, which I've no complaints about, but let's see how it goes.
- Word on the street is that there might be a new pay TV service in June. Tengok la cam mane.

Week 15, 2018
Had a two day work week because of aforementioned medical leave. Which was just as well cos the auditor was finally free to do the office audit this week, so I might as well be back for it.
