Weather still mostly hot as balls - been consistently waking up around 6 in the morning cos I found it inexplicably warm at that hour?
- Apparently gahmen is now in shambles because of some failed coup?
- In covering said political shambles, some members of the press have been getting free food and items after the Agong fed those stationed outside the palace pizza and McD out of the goodness of his heart. Over the next few days, various companies started jumping on the bandwagon and gave stuff away too.
- Because of what happened this week (and also Covid-19), they've announced some economic measures, among which is travel incentives and also the reduction in EPF statutory employee contribution to 7%. Which means having to submit the opt-out paperwork with EPF before the next contribution (March wage for April contribution).
- "Asian flat croissant" are words I wouldn't associate with roti canai/prata, but some website did and everyone is giving them crap for it. Domino's (Malaysia) posted a great burn in that vein on their social media.
- Runtime for the new Bond movie No Time to Die is over 2 hours long. Thar goes the bladder... or take really small sips to whet the palate.
- Saturday was Leap Day.
- Kinda sad that Hawaii Five-0 is not getting renewed and the current season would be its last. Hope it's a good send off, though.
