So my mum finally got her first vaccine appointment some days ago, but it was gonna be at the Setia City Convention Centre mega PPV (Pusat Pemberian Vaksin) at 8 p.m.. I was mostly concerned about the police presence to and fro. Which really shouldn't be an issue if it's for vaccine appointments.
Left kinda early, in case of traffic. Probably got there a tad too early at around 7 p.m., but kind of too late to go anywhere else cos they're all closing at 8 p.m..

Have to walk through all that space to get to the mall. Tak kuasa lah. |
The only annoying thing about the timing of the appointment would be the lack of dinner options around. I ended up trying a (civilian) MRE from the MyNews truck cos I wasn't in the mood for the different iterations of fried rice coming from a couple of food trucks outside the hall.

Have to like that they included a baggie of water to activate the heating pack |

First day of school vibes |
By the time we got home, it was closer to 10 p.m.. Only police encounter on the way back was someone flashing a torchlight at our direction (presumably to see if we exceeded the 2 person per car capacity?). I don't think they'll be so vigilant by then.
I think 8 p.m. is positively the last appointment group of the day - just about most of the volunteers working the perimeter had already left for the night, the parking lot was kind of empty...
