Despite leaving a little later than I anticipated (got chores and shit to do la), I made it there with a little leeway for my appointment (read: less than 10 minutes before).
Was practically rushed through the place (you have to update your status on MySJ to reflect that day's status) since you only have to show the vaccine card and the appointment. Probably only took me about 40, 45 minutes tops including the post-jab observation period.
The vaccinator this time was either really good with the needle (didn't hurt as much), or I was psyching myself out a little too much. There was also less blood on the cotton ball when I finally took it off later than the last time.

Quite the mixed bag |
Being my last time, I decided to take the longer, toll-free (more importantly, cop and roadblock-free) way back which involved driving through several up and coming developments (Eco Ardence being one of them), an industrial area, AND Central i-City before finally getting on the Federal Highway home. I could've taken the paid toll way, but it would've been just as long with the police roadblocks at both exits, so...
