It's been awhile since I've been back to Starling for a movie.
Which I guess is just as well, because the 1U one is being upgraded, so... it was kind of a pleasant surprise that my local International Screens is there.
Anyhow, wasn't very crowded. Could be cos it's a Thursday night, or it's not that maintstream a movie. I dunno.
The movie is about 2 cousins on a Holocaust/Jewish heritage tour in Poland using inheritance money from their late grandmother.
It's a fine little movie, I guess. I can relate to both sides of the the cousin relationship between Jesse Eisenberg and Kieran Culkin's characters. The info dumps that goes on during the movie is kinda necessary for context. It was kinda funny in some parts, in that I LOL-ed.
Thankfully, it's also only about 90 minutes, so I didn't have to pay more than RM1 for parking, so yay...!
