[Not a paid review; yes, I spent my own money here]
When I bought my Kate Spade crossbody bag (used) on eBay, I thought it was great bargain (even with international express shipping) because buying it new at the store was too rich for my blood. Never mind that it did not come with the dustbag, but the bag itself was in really good condition. Upon examination, I found that the inside lining in the front zippered pocket had this weird yellow tinge that's not mineral or vegetable (age stain?), which was fine because you can't see it from the outside. Then it got a mold attack during the rainy season. Then I got gel ink stains in the lining when I was in the East Coast. I thought it was time to do something about it.
I had heard about MyBagSpa for awhile now and I couldn't really find anything about the cost, but I recalled seeing a new branch open in the second home (Lot LG110B, LG Floor; between the kebab place and a cobbler) and thought I should just bring it in and see what happens. How much depends on the size of the item.
The bag is about 11' x 10.5' (27.9 x 26.67 cm). I was told that it's RM3.30 per cm² (or square inch?), so mine was going to cost me RM1xx (Lucky it wasn't a bigger bag). I was told they were going to clean and disinfect the whole bag, so I agreed to it. Lucky you can pay by card - it's a 50% deposit upfront and it takes 2-3 weeks because the item gets its TLC offsite. I got mine back after about 2 weeks, which is fine because I was in no hurry to use then.

Before - mind the shop lighting
It needs a trip to the oven :P
After - not bad lah :P Again, mind the lighting
It came back wrapped and stuffed with nice tissue paper, and they did a nice job cleaning the lining, which looks as good as new, take my word for it.
I suppose if you've already spent 3 - 4 digits on a designer bag, what's a little more into care and maintenance? Because I'm cheap I wouldn't make it a habit lah :P
