Saw this outside the food court when I was walking around KB Mall, which kind of answered the question of where to go for dinner that night. Russian food in, of all places, KELANTAN?! EH?! Besides, I was getting tired from all the rice dishes, particularly for breakfast, so a different starch was a nice break :P
Had to wait a while because they were making it to order, but was in no hurry.
How was it? So-so, but probably better than the rest of the selection available in the food court.
My bro thinks that the proprietors not really from Moscow Russia per se, but rather from Chechnya, because they're fair-skinned Muslims. Their Malay was also not bad - maybe they've been in Kelantan longer than anyone could guess :P
