- This year's birthday landed during CNY, but I don't remember now if people doubled up on the angpow or not.
- Paul Boulangerie and Laduree did open in Pavilion this year. Not sure when Dean & Deluca's opening, but my guess is probably in the new year.
- Chatime came back after the dispute, but in fewer places than before.
- 4th Coldplay concert!
- Finally got to watch Eddie Izzard live!!
- Also saw Kathy Griffin perform in Singapore.
- Saw Vir Das.
- The MRT opened this year, making it easier for people who don't live closer to the existing rail lines to travel around without having to clog roads.
- PJ is back to using scratch off parking coupons after the service provider fucked up with the parking machines. But that's not getting enforced until the new year, so it's been free parking in most parts of PJ for quite a few months now.
- New Agong, new official birthday. Which most people won't care about cos it's typically on a Saturday.
- Changed telcos after 15 years.
