Because I was kinda bored, I decided to drive down to The Linc on Jalan Tun Razak last Friday night because a new Ben's Independent Grocer opened and as usual, a lot of opening promos.
Parking: Because it's downtown, not cheap. You only get first hour free if you spent RM50 in Ben's. Not hard if you're actually grocery shopping, but still.
When I first got to the entrance, I overheard the staff trying to convince a yuppie couple to take a cabbage. They were giving away free heads of cabbage at the entrance. After a quick consult with the mater, I took with one of the bigger looking heads and stuffed it in a cart.

Didn't buy a lot of stuff while I was there, and also didn't do a lot of opening promos either. So I ended up having slice of flourless chocolate cake while everyone else around me was ordering 2 for 1 pizzas. (I think they wised up from the last store opening and are only offering it from 6 p.m. onwards.)
Rest of the mall was still a bit deserted.
