Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

First movie of 2020 - a movie that came out a few weeks ago now.

Finally used the free movie voucher to watch Rise of Skywalker.

• Wah, JJ Abrams really retconned the shit out of Rey's origins by digging up a damn old character. Of all the guesses and theories, Palpatine's granddaughter wasn't on the list. Not by a long shot. If she was his great, great, great... granddaugter or something I might buy it? 
• Okaylah, maybe Sheev Palpatine had time to have kids, but certainly not Darth... Sidious? Forgot his Sith name already, can't be arsed to look it up. 
• Kinda nice to see Carrie Fisher get top billing, even if it was posthumously. 
• They really had a lot of eye makeup on Keri Russell, knowing that you're only gonna see her eyes. 
• Was kinda distracted by the presence of Dominic Monaghan - first LOTR, now Star Wars.
• New guy playing Chewbacca did a bang up job. 
• At least Lando finally got the Millennium Falcon back from Han after all these years? Does Chewie go with him? 

I don't hate it, but as a casual fan, I thought it was okay?

(Disney finally took the hint that most people don't really want to see non-Skywalker related Star Wars movies and this is gonna be the last Star Wars movie for the foreseeable future)
