3 day Merdeka weekend.... whee?
- To no one's surprise, of course the (R)MCO is extended...to year end. I suppose it beats having them extending it every 2 weeks or what nonsense again. I'm just kinda glad it's not cooped up at home MCO?
- Meloni's return to the Law & Order universe has been delayed to next year. Mid season show? Possibly.
- This week in surprising celebrity deaths: Chadwick Boseman succumbed to colon cancer this past weekend. He's made quite a number of movies since the diagnosis, including having to get into shape to be T'Challa in the MCU, which is bananas. I don't know how they're gonna move forward with the Black Panther sequel (if it's still going to be released in a couple of years?). There's ways around it I know, but it's still too soon to tell. We all have our guesses and theories, but it's up to the studio in the end. I hope they don't cancel the sequel, though.
- I don't know why a gritty, live-action Powerpuff Girls show is in the works, but.. ok?
- The Uniqlo AIRISM masks will be on sale in Malaysia next month. It's going to be nuts and there's gonna be scalpers and price gouging.
- Saw Tenet in the cinema this weekend.
