Week 38, 2020

4 day work week for most people because Wednesday was Malaysia Day. Whether you took the days off to make a 5-day weekend was totally up to you. 

  • Most annoying thing to happen on Facebook since Bitmoji - the Bitmoji-like Avatar feature was made available for Malaysians this week. I rather have the long-hoped for dark mode before I would want this; but I got on that Avatar bandwagon anyhow. 
  • Rumours of an airconditioned pedestrian walkway on the Causeway? Dunno if it's gonna happen, but I would die from the heatstroke headache before I would walk the Causeway to and fro JB-Singapore. 
  • Why are white people so eager to pretend to be black?
  • Uniqlo is bringing in Airism bedding. But until they have the Malaysian standard sizes, I think I'll hold off on that..
