Week 52, 2020

Another 3 day weekend because Christmas was on Friday... yay?
  • SOCSO's totally complimentary COVID screening funding is totally exhausted (they even had to send emails out). You can still get testing cost subsidised, but only up to RM150.
  • Monday was winter solstice festival. If you didn't know beforehand, neither did I.
  • Managed to go to GPO THIS YEAR this past week; at least I didn't have to pay the RM4 per hour weekend parking. But I did max out the daily parking rate (RM12 per day on weekdays) cos apparently there were more shops open since the last time I was there.
  • Saw Love in Georgetown City online on Christmas night.
  • I laughed so hard on the inside when news broke about how people might have been eating horse and kangaroo meat that's been passed off as halal beef for not just the last few years, but for about FORTY YEARS. That's generations of people who might've unknowingly had horse and kangaroo meat in all that time.
  • After decades of going back and forth, apparently Eddie Izzard is going "girl mode" full time now. Erm, okay then?
  • Spent Christmas Day in Pavilion. Boring I know, but I left as traffic was getting worse, so phew.
  • Was in Bangsar for a bit on Boxing Day for Cziplee's boxing day members' sale. Didn't go that nuts.
