Week 10, 2023

• After almost 20 years of using Adsense, the only way I could cash out despite not hitting the USD$100 minimum payout is to basically go, "I quit. Cash me out now". It was okay (about $50 - $60 something, but it was hovering around there for the longest time). 
• Checked out Cziplee's mega clearance sale at their Bangsar store space, Le Creuset's annual sale and also Ken's Apothecary F&F sale (this time in Plaza VADS in Taman Tun, instead of their offices in Hartamas) this past week: got office supplies at Cziplee, left empty handed at the LC sale and only got a tiny seasonal Diptyque candle from last year's holiday collection. 
• Managed to get a ticket to the upcoming Muse gig during the GoLive Asia presale. Actually signed up for Atome for this, so... 
• Starling also put the kibosh on their free first hour parking, but RM1 for the first 2 hours is not too shabby, all things considered. I suppose it's one way to push people towards getting the parking card (which is free when you show the CS your minimum RM50 spend receipt, which is achievable with just average grocery receipt?)...
• Just as Tesla is going through a lot of shit (recalls, crazy Elon...), NOW they deign to set up shop in Malaysia. I'm guessing the head of MITI (IYKYK) don't want to go through grey importers for one themselves?
• After so many seasons, Rachael Ray is hanging up the day time show... 
• I think them releasing the Wizarding Almanac in 2023 might be a tad too late? If only JKR would just STFU - stupid rich white lady problems, she's got.
