A lot of season/series finales this week, which is all the more sad because of the ongoing WGA strike, because they're still picketing for the forseeable future, so the next TV season might be affected.
- My last ever BD order finally arrived - almost 4 weeks is not bad, I would say.
- Despite two different presales, tickets to the Coldplay gig are sold out, partly due to scalpers and what not. If you've not seen them live before this, and this was gonna be your first time, but STILL cannot get tickets despite best efforts, it hurts. I will admit, I'm a little sad I couldn't get A TICKET for myself, but hey, I saved myself the money I would've spent on that ticket (not nosebleed, but somewhere closer on Guy side of the stage FOR SURE; also, I was like WTF RM20 ADDITIONAL FEES SOMEMORE? KANASAI!!) and the pain of going to Bukit Jalil. Fuck you all, it's in November, I hope the show rains out then. Also, I've already seen them 4 times by now (I'm sure other Malaysians that have seen them more times than me) and the last couple albums were kinda meh for them to tour on, especially this one. I'm fine, I'll get over it, but I won't say no to a second show or free ticket(s).It wasn't this hard getting a ticket to the Muse gig #justsaying
- Second home Muji had a relocation opening this weekend, and of course they announced the first 100 people in line were gonna get RM50 vouchers. So of course a gaggle of grey haired aunties were there bright and early (I heard that they waited outside the mall around 7 something, and was already in line by 7.30 a.m.) to be first in line, so the rest of us didn't really stand a chance. Which was just as well, because the queue to pay afterwards was INSANE. Under advisement from the staff, I only finally walked in after 10.30 a.m., and walked out empty handed. Because it's now located in Uniqlo's old location, there's stairs to deal with. But on the plus side, there's now a cafe upstairs. No idea if the drinks are nice, but I guess it'll have to wait until the hype dies down. Yes, there was also a line for the cafe, but by then I dah tak kuasa.
- Finally checked out the relocated CzipPlus in Bangsar on Saturday (same day as the Muji opening) to use the in-app voucher I got (RM17 off minimum RM50 spend).
- Collected more samples from the downtown Sephora on Sunday
