Finally in the thick of monsoon season.
- Those of you who already bought 2024 Hobonichi planners, you can now start using them as of this week.
- Caught Douglas Lim's latest show, Back to Work, on Friday.
- DBKL finally put the kibosh to the free rides on the now electric GO KL buses: foreigners now got to pay (dunno how much) while locals got to register their IC to tap in (and out?) for the free rides. Had to swing by Pasar Seni on Saturday to register mine (which only took the guy a couple seconds for him to tap the IC on his thingamajig, and was like "siap"). But haven't road tested this yet, so see how lah.
- Checked out The Exchange TRX (by MRT, natch) on Saturday, mostly for the freebies and what not. Getting there from the TRX MRT station wasn't as tedious as walking to KLCC from the KLCC LRT station, it's pretty light walking.
- Qra started their 25 days of giveaways on their app. Will try not to be too avaricious about the whole thing. It's only been a few days, but so far I've only gotten So Good (TM) oat and almond mylks (both chocolate flavoured, which I'm not sure if it makes any difference) from the Bukit Tunku store. The trip was only worth it cos I also got a bunch of stuff on clearance, including grab and go food.
